Pay Rate: $41.00 Per hour

Contract: 6 months

Responsibilities:

The Brand Marketing Analyst will identify new opportunities to expand and enhance overarching brand, department programs and effectively partner with key stakeholders (in each department) and other required internal resources to deliver a timely execution for implementing the brand. As the Brand Analyst, you will lead and influence others through motivational tactics to build awareness, excitement and increase participation around the brand.

The Brand Marketing Analyst will:

• Develop, launch and report on marketing campaigns and ensure high visibility, help to improve overall brand growth
• Perform competitive analysis, product analysis and consumer research for different campaigns/initiatives
• Provide analytical insights on brand campaigns including channels such as paid and organic, report findings to marketing team members
• Work collaboratively to support cross functional partners and new/existing programs
• Support new business initiatives/products depending on market trends and needs
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in helping to build, implement and maintain brand systems
• Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
